A drawf species with rich and beautiful flowers. Typically , it has ''stem'' pseudobulbs that are somewhat thick to resemble a club and up to 10 in/25 cm long . Sparse flower racemes grow out of the internodes between individual apical grooves . The snow -white flowers have two purple -and -red spots on the lip. Grow this species as you would the other deciduous and semi -deciduous representatives of the genus:in winter, support the good growth of new pseudobulbs by providing frequent watering ,fertilization and a sufficient amount of light and fresh air. Rouse the plant to bloom by reducing temperature and watering in winter. Flowers can be expected between February and March. The plant was discovered in Thailand and Burma.
