The flowers of P . godefroyae grow on a notably shortened spike(1.2-2 in/3-5 cm )and they are white -to- yellowish and covered with dark red spots of various sizes. The lip is white and almost spotless (in contrast ,P. bellatulum has a markedly spotted lip ). So as to develop well ,the plants need to be grown in a limestone -enriched substrate and provided with an occasional drying -up ,plenty of light and fresh air . Besides the well-known krabi, P. godefroyae is reported to grow in some other places in Thailand ,as well as in Borneo and southern Vietnam .
