Trichopilia sp

Trichopilia sp - The genus Trichopilia is very rare and it is very difficult to acquire them. Trichopilia sp are not at all demanding, needs little light or air thus making them suitable for amateur growers.

The taxonamy of the genus Trichopila is full of uncertainities and confusion . Many plants discovered in the wild have been waiting to be named for years ; many species are mistaken for others and some were desctribed on the bases of a single specimen that was never found again. Those who would like to grow these plants will not encounter any difficulties ,except in actually acquiring them . The entire genus Trichopilia is not very demanding of light or air movement ,which even makes it suitable for small amateur glass cases and greenhouses.
