PENANG ; Lobb , Maingay (Kew Distrib. 1625). PERAK , ascending to 4500 ft., Wray & c –DISTRIB . Java , Borneo .

Stem 4-6 ft ., very stout . Leaves with very distinct nerves when dry. Flowers rather close set ; bracts equalling the sepals ; lip very variable , veined ,side lobes waved , crenate, midlobe emarginated, with 2-3 rough calli ; disk with 2-3 rugose nerves ; foot of column glabrous .
